Yes, Quickpass uses a password filter on the Active Directory domain controller to detect when passwords are reset so it can update the password entry in IT Glue.

Can Quickpass detect if a password is reset on a domain joined workstation or member server?

Yes, the Quickpass agent password filter will detect password changes from domain joined workstations and member servers and update the password in IT Glue immediately after.

Does Quickpass support the rotation of Windows service accounts and scheduled tasks?

Yes, Quickpass can rotate Windows service account and scheduled tasks passwords. The system will detect which Windows services and scheduled tasks that are using accounts that were rotated and update the Windows Service including restarting the service after and updating the password in the scheduled task.

What IT Glue plan is required to integrate with Quickpass?

Since Quickpass leverages the IT Glue API the Enterprise plan is required to use the integration with Quickpass.
