New Feature Release
Quickpass is excited to announce its December, 2020 release of feature updates. We pride ourselves on listening to our customers and delivering the features and enhancements they ask for. Subsequently, this release is highly focused on improving the user experience. We also launched a customer referral program to reward our customers who have so graciously referred us new customers.
Customer Screen Filters
- Added AD Status, Local Status, O365 Status and Customers with Offline agents
AD Status Detail
- Added agent online/office summary for AD Server and AD Member servers to customer screen right hand menu
IT Glue Integration
- Added Organization Type and Status filters to Import and Match Customer Screens
Customer Referral Program
- Refer a new customer and receive a $250 Amazon Gift Card
Password Rotations
On-demand rotations converted from foreground to background jobs and new QP Statuses added to better track password rotation status
- Success: Previous password rotation succeeded
- Failed: Previous password rotation failed
- Matched: Account is matched to IT Glue password entry but no password rotation has ever run
- Un-matched: Account is not matched to IT Glue password entry and no password rotation has ever run
Office 365 Integrations
- Added support for tenants with greater than 999 accounts
Additional Privileged Account Event Tracking
- Log an event when a privileged account is added to a privileged security group in Active Directory
- Log an event when a Quickpass administrator or service accounts is disabled or deleted from an AD domain controller
- Log an event when a Quickpass administrator or service accounts is used to login locally to an AD domain controller
- Log an event when a Quickpass administrator or service accounts is reset on an AD domain controller
